Not Too Early After All

Good day! Branden made awesome CrockPot roast, and I mean AWESOME! The kind of awesome that makes you want to keep eating until all the roast is gone and then lick up whatever juices you can find even though you were stuffed full long before that point.

That isn't actually what made today good, though. BRANDEN GOT A JOB OFFER TODAY!!!!!! I saw the letter extending the offer and I just about started happy-dancing around OfficeMax. True, he doesn't start until the 16th but, still, it's a job! I should say that it's contingent on him passing the drug test (no problem), the criminal background check (not really worried), and the employment history check (yep, he's worked all those places.) I'm being a little clingy and crazy now but... How can I express the relief that is the prospect of Branden having a job. I just want to hug him over and over and over and tell him how proud and happy I am and how I knew he could do this... And babble on and on and on in a happy fashion.

*happy sigh* Oh, it's a good day.
